Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs Senior Financial Analysts in Foster City, CA responsible for providing financial reporting, planning and analysis support to Visa’s Global Technology Organization. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (i.e. executives and staff) and cross functional teams, and serve as a key point of contact for finance guidance and related discussions. Gain a deep understanding of the investment strategies, and priorities. Utilize available resources and data to achieve excellent analysis. Develop relevant financial metrics to provide key analytics to Business Partners to support investment analysis and prioritization. Proactively communicate business implications observed from analysis and contribute ideas and solutions to business challenges/problems. Contribute to the coordination, organization and execution of FP&A activities for operating divisions, including traditional budgeting and forecasting, month end close accuracy and enhanced financial/business reporting, and business case development and analysis. Support annual capital planning in collaboration with Business Partners and develop a longer-term, strategic investment outlook. Perform headcount analysis and monthly reporting activities. Demonstrate well-developed strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Collaborate with all levels of management in a matrix organization structure. Make informed, well-reasoned decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan. Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancements. Solve complex problems taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. Work in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented. Individual Contributor level role only. No direct reports, and no managerial duties. Not managerial within company hierarchy.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, and 4 years of work experience in job offered, or in a business-related occupation.
