Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs Business Development Managers in Miami, FL responsible for executing a set of objectives and goals for assigned client to increase Client's Visa sales volume, profitability and providing dynamic and proactive product support and customer service. Utilizing data mining tools to identify business opportunities from historical member information in order to obtain new opportunities and enhance portfolio profitability for Client banks. Overseeing the revenue, and expense for client. Tailoring international best practices and solutions to clients, including expert models and seminars. Assessing marketing profitability (intelligent marketing based upon transactional, proprietary and public data analysis). Increasing the participation of VISA in the way of payment business through negotiation with assigned clients. Analyzing business opportunities through permanent contact with the clients. Maintaining close contact with all Visa’s areas in order to search for solutions for the most critical problems, as well following business movements that could be offered and applied to the clients and the market. Attending to the specific needs of the clients, sharing with VISA teams the clients’ needs with the purpose of assuring their satisfaction with VISA products and services. This position is an individual contributor level, and is not a people manager role. The position has no direct reports, or managerial duties, or responsibilities. The position is not managerial level within the corporate hierarchy. Some travel, less than 5% may be required to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States and internationally. Bilingual in English and Spanish including proficiency verbally and written.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or in a business-related occupation.
