Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Product Managers in Foster City, California to build a state of the art developer platform, design the next generation of Visa APIs, and help build infrastructure to make partners and developers worldwide successful in using the Visa payment network. Define and evangelize the API-first philosophy for all development teams at Visa. This includes engaging in technical and functional discussions with many teams and continuous engagement with product managers and customers across a range of Visa's new and existing products. Technical product management functions include functional specs, roadmap, project management, issue/risk management, and cross-division coordination. Responsible for extensive cross-organization collaboration playing a crucial role in interfacing with various technology teams and business stakeholders to identify requirements, converting them to functional specs, prioritizing, and driving execution using agile methodologies. Act as the customer seat in the engineering team. Work closely with the Architects and Engineers and contribute to the development of design artifacts and Quality Assurance test plans. Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing with key stakeholders, Bug bashes, and Hackathons. Work closely with Operations and Infra team to satisfy VDP’s infra needs, as well as work closely with security teams and engineering team to ensure all security processes are followed. Define and drive engineering efficiency features for VDP. Prepare and publish comprehensive status reports, dashboard reports and project updates to senior management; act as a liaison between senior management and various technology and business groups. No Managerial duties and no direct reports. Individual contributor level role only.

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field and 5 years of work experience in job offered or 5 years of work experience in a computer-related occupation.
