Job Description

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a key technology pillar at Visa, responsible for providing secure access to misc. payment related applications and services from a variety of users (employees, businesses and customers across). To stay ahead of the rapidly changing security landscape especially with globalization of Visa's business and newer form factors of access via new devices, IOT etc., has direct impact on IAM Services. IAM team is rapidly growing and has a global presence in Singapore, Bangalore, London, Austin and Foster City.

Role Description

This role will have the responsibility to deliver testing function - from creating test plans/test cases, test-execution and defect management to UAT and post-implementation support for IAM integration and development activities. IAM solutions will include technologies such as Sailpoint, Oracle Identity Manager and PAM. The position will involve working with onshore, offshore and contractor resources.

Key Activities

  • Collaborate with IAM SMEs, developers and QA leads to develop testing framework for solutions developed on IAM technologies such as Sailpoint, Oracle Identity Manager and PAM
  • Execute testing during all stages of development and release cycle
  • Design and execute test plans, scenarios and scripts
  • Document defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects
  • Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
  • Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
  • Define test parameters, design tests, interpret test results and analyze test trends
  • Coordinate with distributed development and test teams

Qualifications

Desired Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of strong technical competency and experience in the IAM domain
  • 3+ years of experience in QA automation and/or development
  • Understanding of IAM solutions such as OIM, Sailpoint and Privilege Access Management is a plus
  • Strong Data Analytical Ability
  • Experience with SQL, preferable both Oracle and MSSQL
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant technical discipline required
