Visa’s Innovation & Strategic Partnerships (I&SP) is a global client facing organization that sets Visa’s public innovation agenda, develops commercial partnerships with industry leading brands and platform providers, and promotes hands on incubation and rapid prototyping to demonstrate the art of the possible for clients and partners.

We are seeking a Business Operations Director who possesses a rare blend of skills and aptitudes to support the global I&SP team.

Responsibilities

How you will make an impact:

• You’ll focus on effectiveness across the organization by initiating efforts to make I&SP a great place to work including process improvements, team initiatives and events. This is about strategy aligned with strong execution.

• You’ll bring a project management mindset to your work keeping people on task and focused on the end goal.

• You’ll look across our processes, find ways to make them better and help the team adopt the changes.

• You’ll be data analysis wiz and comfortable being the single point of truth maintaining our executive dashboards and status updates.

• You’ll help the teams see how to make the organization better with partnership from cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, Risk, Technology, etc.

• You’ll lead strategic initiatives with our corporate technology partners to bring tools to our teams that help them collaborate

• You’ll be part of a cross functional team with HR, Communications and employees passionate about people and center them on creating engagement up and down the ladder.

• You’ll act as the catalyst for getting an organizational dialog going through events that inspire and motivate our teams. Improving collaboration among the teams is important.

• You’ll know how, when, and what to communicate to bring the organization along.
