Job Description

The Senior Director will be reporting and providing leverage to the Business Solutions Global Platforms VP. 

This role is responsible for a broad range of activities, including but not limited to:

strategic, operational, analytic and communication initiatives to help ensure that objectives of the Business Solutions Platforms are met. 

The Senior Director will work closely with the Global Platforms VP, platform direct reports, regional heads and cross-functional leads across the organization.

Potential to be supported by 1 or more direct staff.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business experience in product management or development organizations
  • Strong academic credentials. MBA or post graduate degree preferred
  • Experience in or in-depth knowledge of financial services is beneficial; experience in payments ideal but not mandatory. Technology sector experience would also be desirable
  • Global or multi-national business experience is preferred
  • A demonstrated ability to be a trusted advisor by developing significant, trust-based relationships with demanding managers and SMEs at complex organizations
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and ability to influence and lead stakeholders over whom you have no direct management
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across different levels, and drive issues to conclusion
  • Self-starter, able to operate with minimal supervision and oversight
  • Strategic thinking
  • Grasp of business commercials and data, and ability to convert into insight
  • Possess high-quality financial management and analytical skills
  • Strong Prioritization, Project Management, Conflict management skills
  • Excellent Organization, Collaboration and Influencing skills
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Expertise in work productivity tools, such as Excel, PPT, Word, SharePoint, etc.
