Visa Inc. is searching for a Director of Business Solutions in Partnerships to focus on key product development initiatives. The Partnerships team is tasked with building and executing on strategic, high profile, complex,
cross-functional product initiatives that differentiate and strengthen partnerships in key verticles. S/he will design, develop and execute on the Partnerships business, helping to identify key strategic partners to pursue and extend Visa’s reach.

As a key member of the Business Solutions Partnerships & New
Initiatives team, the selected candidate will bring leadership, vision and
creativity to both guiding and advancing Visa’s partnership development with
emerging and established technology companies and innovators in the industry.

Drive new product initiatives within the Commercial Partnerships & New Initiatives organization:

• Own products in two primary verticals to start: Bill Payment and B2B Travel, with the potential to evolve as products launch and new initiatives are defined.

• Drive specific new product builds for the team including gathering business requirements, and all go-to-market activities from defining target market segments and working with the team to identify pilot partners, to pricing and global launch plans

• Develop and resource with cross-functional teams across Visa as required, to evaluate, design, create, build and launch new product initiatives

• Maintain timelines/project plans for each initiative. Identify gaps and report risks.

• Work to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Champion new initiatives keeping stakeholders regularly up-to-date including but not limited to: Commercial Sales, Commercial Product, Commercial Platform, Innovation & Strategic Partnerships, Digital, Legal, and Risk, as well as designated contacts regionally in Partnerships and Product.

  the organization.

Experienced, results-oriented individual contributor with at least 7 years progressively responsible business
experience with a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, developing partnerships and executing strategic initiatives in a highly matrixed environment. Previous experience working in financial services, technology, small business, payments or financial institutions, preferred; background in working with high-performance teams.
