Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Senior Systems Analysts in Foster City, California to be responsible for 24x7 on-call support, and maintaining and monitoring issue processing. Responsible for ensuring timely execution, delivery, and availability of support. Detect and resolve problems and provide root-cause analysis, and provide permanent resolutions to the problems. Set audits and alerts to detect problems and facilitate maintenance activities. Plan and execute changes as per instructions and run problem bridges. Strictly adhere to the processes and guidelines, provide updates to knowledge repositories, and provide knowledge transition from/to others. Perform research and analysis to answer technical questions. Identify improvement opportunities, build automation, provide performance tuning, and perform data fixes. This position will not supervise others. No direct reports and no managerial duties. Individual contributor level role only.

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, followed by eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a systems analyst-related occupation.
