Job Description

Visa's Global Technology Talent Acquisition team is focused on delivering best-in-class recruiting service to our Technology teams who are revolutionizing global payment technology. The Technology organization at Visa is undergoing a significant transformation in the way that we build, manage, support, and productize technology. They are solving massive, complex technical problems. University recruiting is a key, strategic element of our overall recruiting strategy.

University Recruiter responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for new graduates and interns across engineering teams

  • Source interns and new graduates, identifying and activating top students

  • Ensure a smooth,quick, and consistent candidate experience

  • Drive offer process -including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters

  • Facilitate hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers

  • Act as a resource to interns throughout their internship, including on-boarding, performance evaluation, and offer process

  • Assist with on-campus recruiting events when needed: tech talks, hackathons, on-campus interviews, etc.

  • Partner with Campus Relations Liaisons to continue leveraging academic relations in order to build
    a robust university talent pipeline and ensure an incredible candidate experience


Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with a minimum of 3 years of University Recruiting experience

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting (technical roles preferred)

  • Creative and enjoys working on challenges and thinking outside the box

  • Patient, communicative, and must possess the ability to work collaboratively with a team

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout hiring process

  • Passionate about and curious to learn more about software technologies

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Patient, communicative, and must possess the ability to work collaboratively with a team

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders
