Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs Managers, Marketing & Communications Intelligence & Reporting in Foster City, CA. No direct reports, and no managerial duties, or responsibilities. Individual contributor level position only. Position is not truly managerial within the company hierarchy. Responsible for developing strategy for marketing and communications KPIs and benchmark goals for marketing campaigns and sponsorship. Keep current on industry trends and will seek new opportunities to expand Visa’s marketing measurement program to help analyze and determine their position in the marketplace. Integrate various marketing and communications measurement methods available in-house and through third-party data sources, such as social listening, syndicated media data, and behavioral and attitudinal survey data. Use various platforms to produce insights for creating marketing campaigns, sponsorships, landscape research, brand, competitors, and crises. Educate and train teams and agencies on how to use the tools and best practices for marketing activities, as well as overseeing vendor partnerships. Work with sponsorship and campaign teams to set campaign goals and measuring performance for Visa KPIs. Responsible for developing requirements for dashboard development utilizing sources available from the marketing and communications intelligence team; interpreting and presenting results to marketers, business partners, and clients; and reporting on performance for marketing leadership and market teams, and partnering with marketing teams to provide real-time campaign optimization. Understand each market’s priority strategies, and devise and evaluate methods for measurement and reporting, such as collecting data to identify potential markets. Collaborate with regional hubs, and country and global marketing and communication teams and agencies to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies by developing KPI dashboards that accurately measure various KPIs. Prepare dashboards and reports for clients to assess the efficacy of its product marketing efforts. Oversee goal setting for marketing in markets and communicating process to market partners.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a marketing research-related occupation.
