CyberSource Corporation, a Visa Inc. company, needs Staff QA Engineers in Austin, TX to work on the enhancements of critical Fraud Management systems within CyberSource. Work on the tools that provide Fraud detection solutions to all merchants. Test and execute automation development of various features to deliver the fraud detection. Leverage Java, Selenium, and other open source technologies to develop capabilities of CyberSource product. Collaborate with developers and QA leads to improve testability, automation, and tools. Work with the team to increase the test coverage using Java, Selenium. Execute tests during all stages of development. Use Scrum methodology and participate in all phases of the iterative process. Produce and publish functional test plan documents. Produce detailed system documentation including, but not limited to, test strategy, test plans, test cases, and automation framework setup and execution steps. Support Releases for the Fraud detection components on various data center. This position will not supervise others. No direct reports, and no managerial duties involved. Individual contributor level role only.

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field and three years of work experience in job offered or in a quality assurance-related occupation. Some travel (less than 30%) may be required to other Visa sites for conferences and to meet core teams on projects throughout the United States.
