Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Senior Software Engineers in Foster City, CA to design, architect and develop “Big Data” solutions to help product and business teams at Visa make data-driven decisions. Design and implement reporting dashboards that track key business metrics and provide actionable insights. Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating results to cross functional groups. Work closely with Product or Engineering and Operations teams to proactively create rule and manage decisions. Work collaboratively across the Data team with peers in multiple locations. This position will not supervise others. No direct reports and no managerial duties involved. Individual contributor level role only. Utilizes graduate-level research and analysis skills.
