This opening is part of Identity and Access Management (IAM) product management team. We are seeking a technical person with long term aspirations to pursue a career in Technical Product Management in IAM/Security space.

Job Description & Project Summary

• Data Analytics, metric development and insight generation to drive the understanding and progression of IAM product and excellence.
  
• Design and implement reporting dashboards that track key IAM program metrics 
• Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the program by effectively communicating results to cross functional groups
• Work closely with Product, Engineering & Operations teams to refine requirements, design and implementation.
• Use data to Identify new and disruptive technologies that can help providing better experiences to our customers and elevating our security posture.
• Additional opportunities to take on Technical Product Management role in the near future.

• BS in EE/CS or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with Data Analyst/Programmer/Developer in academic work and/or internships.
• Strong inter-personnel & communication skills
• Prior Technical Product Management background a plus
• Prior experience on IAM products related to Authentication, provisioning, authorization, SSO, and/or enterprise security protocols like SAML, OpenID, OAuth and/or mobile development (iOS/Android) a plus.
• Prior knowledge of data analytics tools (SQL, ETL, Data warehousing) and programming (Java, C++, Python) a plus.
