Job Description

As the Implementation Lead for Global Services, you will have primary responsibility to lead integrated testing between CyberSource, Global Service clients, and their supporting 3rd-party vendors. With this holistic view, the Implementation Lead is accountable for orchestrating successful production launches as well as defining and actively leading stabilization periods before formal hand-off to support and operations teams. Responsible for identifying and communicated needed improvements to testing, support, and operations tools and systems.The Implementation Lead leads a team that provides critical support for CyberSource’s key enterprise clients, strengthening the overall relationship and helping deliver creative solutions to market in a predictable and reliable manner.


Responsibilities
  • Organize integrated testing with Global Services clients – working with internal resources, clients, and (when needed) their 3rd-party support vendors, build an integrated test plan that enables the successful launch of high-priority payment solution improvements and innovations
  •  Define and lead client stabilization periods – define required post-launch stabilization periods and actively lead all critical issues to resolution in close partnership with development resources
  • Identify support tools/process improvements – use domain expertise and testing/launch findings to document requirements to improve the effectiveness of tools and systems critical to successful client implementations
  • Cultivate Account Relationships – strengthen and deepen strategic relationship with clients by successfully providing payment solution market delivery on schedule and with successful issue resolution

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Quantitative-focused bachelor’s degree in Business, or Computer Science or similar bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of professional consulting experience with considerable enterprise delivery experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a product management, ideally using multiple software development methodologies
  • 5+ years payment industry domain expertise
  • Extensive experience with software development testing, issue identification, and resolution

Preferred Qualifications


  •  Ability to handle customer expectations and able to negotiate and influence internal and external partners at all levels
  • Strategic analysis background in financial services and/or emerging technologies
