Job Description

PURPOSE

• Coach/support business managers to deliver high quality HR interventions across a range of HR activities in order to enable line managers and employees to add maximum value to Visa business.
• Likely to be an experienced HR professional. Work together with HR services teams, delivering optimized HR solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support managers in the delivery of key, global HR programs/processes ( Annual review, performance management, employee engagement, Rewards and Recognition, leadership/talent management, Visa University Programs, etc )
• Coaching and development of line managers around HR policies and processes
• Facilitation of interventions focused on team development
• Integrate people management into business strategy/plan
• Identify and enhance key skill/competency that business managers require to play their role for people management
• Drive collaboration within APHR/Global HR in order to provide excellent HR service delivery for Greater China Clients.
• Respond to complex queries from managers and employees
• Best practice sharing and people management discussion workshop

Qualifications


• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Strong business acumen , ability to build trust and relationship with key stakeholders
• Hands on , excellence executing and strong self-learning and tactical / project management experience and capability
• Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive initiatives and implement solutions in a dynamic way
• Self-starter with strong results-orientation and strong communication and presentation skills
• Good team player: team oriented, collaborative, and flexible
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree is highly preferred
