Looking for a talented Front End Web Developer to create amazing user experiences, and lead our next generation front end design and implementation. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating the best end user experience possible, and the experience to match. Responsibilities will include translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

6-8 years of equivalent work experience designing and writing Web based front-ends.
Experience with Angular JS & Angular Material development.
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
Deep understanding and experience with the HTTP protocol, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, REST, asynchronous request handling, and AJAX.
Experience with user interfaces, image optimization, scripting, web accessibility standards, design standards, and cross-platform issues
A solid track record of building elegant and sophisticated web applications that users love to use
Front End skill set (e.g. JavaScript, HTML5, JQuery, CSS, ReactJS)
Proficient understanding in using common JS frameworks (PureScript, ReactJS, Angular.js, jQuery, Handlebars, etc.)
Experience in web development in large scale environments targeting desktop and mobile leveraging responsive design

o Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
o Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required)
o Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery (Required)
o Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue
o Strong knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software (Required)
o Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc (Required)

This is a Sr. Role only accepting candidates with industry experience with 6+ years

Candidates should have their published portfolio and linkedin profile in the application.

Candidate will be working in VISA Global Commercial Payments area, team will be building a new payment rail leveraging Blockchain technology and distributed ledger, project details can be found here --

Candidate will be tasked with building Fraud detection model for this new payment method
