Responsibilities:

- Implementing network infrastructure for customers and partners.
- Coordinating internal and external teams including Carriers, Colos, Vendors, Service Providers, and the internal engineering and support teams.
- Interfacing with customers or partners using intelligence, expertise, and good humor to complete trouble-shooting and installation in a timely manner.

-Deep network carrier experience.
-Solid understanding of TCP/IP networks.
-Ability to solve problems and operate autonomously in a complicated environment.
-Excellent conversational skills.
-Organized with respect to documentation and processes for managing large rollouts.
