Job Description

- Build relationship with banks and sell Visa Debit. Banks are the growing new category of client base in Japan.
- Responsible for client relationship and day to day business management of existing client banks. Grow debit market with them while also supporting to expand their scope with various Visa solutions in line with Future of Payment / Innovation vision.
- Responsible to achieve revenue target for each client.
- Lead sales activities targeting prospective Debit issuers and achieve key performance metrics working closely with team members, products, processing, program management, and other functions.
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet the requirements from both clients and Visa.
- Responsible to act as a first contact of Visa to deal with potential business opportunities and issues, working closely with the other departments in Tokyo office and Regional office.

Qualifications

- Business Degree in Business / Marketing field
- 5 years+ business and sales experience
- Strong negotiating and presentation skills
- Strong analysis and strategy development skills
- Sufficient knowledge / Experience of Banking business
- Literate with PowerPoint, Excel, Word Outlook and internet skills
- Fluent in Japanese and English for both spoken and written
