Job Description

Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Staff Information Security Engineers in Austin, Texas to assist in the maintenance and configuration of the IAM system, including the troubleshooting and resolution of IAM related incidents. Assist in the maintenance and implementation of various components of Oracle IAM Suite, including: OIM, OAM, OID, OVD, OIM Connectors, OES, SOA, OHS, and BI Publisher. Perform Platform Compliance Management, including: Disaster Recovery, Qualys Finding Remediation, and Exception Management. Coordinate and Manage deployments to OIM. Perform in-depth analysis of IAM related incidents, including documentation of the root cause analysis. Work on deployment and configuration of IAM system components in a disaster recovery data center, including planning and execution of a disaster recovery plan. Work with limited direction, within a complex environment, to maintain the performance and stability of the IAM system, ensuring that service level agreements are met. Interact regularly with IT management, stakeholders, and customers to provide status. Work closely with IT Management, Development team, and the Quality Assurance team to communicate issues and proposed solutions. Participate in peer reviews and provide meaningful feedback to ensure that problems are resolved, and that platform objectives including service levels are met. Work within Visa's Incident Management IT domain on customized applications for Incident and Problem Management, as well for Enterprise Change Request Management within Visa. Work with a globally distributed team of IAM team members and customers; sometimes having to provide support outside of normal business hours and on weekends. May be required to provide support outside of normal business hours and on weekends. This position will not supervise others. No direct reports and no managerial duties involved. Individual contributor level role only.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related technical field, followed by five years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. May be required to provide support outside of normal business hours and on weekends.
