Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Staff Software Engineers in Austin, Texas to participate in the entire lifecycle, from design through the development and test processes to production support. Tasked with building and maintaining a highly scalable data mediation platform using Hadoop technologies and MicroServices architecture. Create re-usable mediation services and data structures to increase pricing flexibility in the next generation billing system. Standardize inbound and outbound data interfaces to achieve seamless integration and loose coupling. Implement continuous integration, testing, deployment practices and automation frameworks to increase productivity. Responsible for identifying opportunities for further enhancements and refinements on standards, processes, application functionalities, and operation excellence. Will work with architectural and security teams to design, build, and maintain services that are compliant and meet Visa security standards. This position will not supervise others. No direct reports, and no managerial duties involved. Individual contributor level role only.

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related technical field, followed by ten years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
