Team Description 

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a key technology pillar at Visa, responsible for providing secure access to misc. payment related applications and services from a variety of users (employees, businesses and customers across). To stay ahead of the rapidly changing security landscape especially with globalization of Visa's business and newer form factors of access via new devices, IOT etc., has direct impact on IAM Services. IAM team is rapidly growing and has a global presence in Singapore, Bangalore, London, Austin and Foster City. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will work and lead in this dynamic environment with a talented team, influencing and building the next generation IAM technology stack at Visa.

As an IAM Lead, you will:

Establish strong engineering best practices.

  • Own IAM Projects and implementation tracks from concept to production operationalization.

  • Lead a team of engineers in offshore to deliver the solution using IDM solutions such as Sailpoint, PAM and OIM.

  • Liaising with number of IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and to conduct design workshops

  • Design, implement, deploy code and execute build processes

  • Integration with applications including configuring both Out of the box and custom connector development.

  • Deploying & Using 3rd party IAM products like Oracle Identity Manager, PAM or ForgeRock.


Qualifications

Qualifications

BS/MS in EC/CS/IT

    • At least 3 + years of solid experience in Sailpoint Identity IQ building Connectors, workflows and UI Customizations.

    • 10 + years of Solid hands-on experience in IT as programmer/developer with specialization in Java and J2EE. Java Bean Shell, knowledge of SailPoint Java Objects exposed through application

    • Strong inter-personnel, analytical & communication skills

    • Sailpoint IIQ Application Connector development using : IIQ Specific Java Bean Shell Coding, CSV Parsing, SQL queries

    • Good knowledge of existing SailPoint APIs and implementation experience of these APIs in LCM workflows, tasks, rules etc

    • Preferable prior experience in large / blue chip organisations.

    • Good technical knowledge of security across multiple technologies and a current understanding of their effective deployment.

    • At least 5 years’ experience in IT Security/IAM and thereby able to demonstrate a high level of technical ability in implementation and design

    • Web Technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP

    • Database: SQL (Strong SQL Skills)

    • Experience with LDAP and AD

    • Experience with Unix Systems (Solaris, AIX, Linux)

    • Experience in project based implementation of identity and access management (IAM) solutions.

    • Experience with web technologies: XML, SPML, SOAP, REST, HTML, Web and Application Servers.

    • Experience with the following vendor technologies a plus: CA Xceedium, Oracle Identity management and SSO solutions
