Job Description

Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Senior Information Security Analysts


in Austin, TX to automate analysis of data to determine most common threat vectors (attack IP addresses, compromised hosts, malicious domain names, etc.) in order to facilitate team efforts against the highest profile threat actors. Assist with granular research and investigation to compile appropriate evidence to present case(s) to law enforcement for legal action, and also for disruption. Provide innovative solutions to proactively identify threats targeting Visa and its other brands. Assist with various scripting and programming projects within the Intelligence and Disruption team. Perform operational duties on a daily basis, supporting Visa employees, as well as consumers when necessary. Will contribute to various team projects, including social media security and DMARC protection. No direct reports, and no managerial duties or managerial responsibilities. Individual contributor level position.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Security, or related technical field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. In the alternate, employer will also accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Security, or related technical field and three years of work experience in job offered, or in a computer-related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
