Job Description

The newest Visa capabilities are available to clients through APIs, exposed services, and SDKs for both core and non-core products. Visa is looking for a talented individual with vision, passion and determination to lead the delivery of new digital solutions in Indonesia. This person will work with stakeholder across the value chain to create and implement new ideas emanating from the Visa Innovation Center. From strategic planning through high quality integrations and ongoing support, this leader will cover a range of product functions working with the hub team.

• Have a proven track record of working with external partners to implement cross-company systems using APIs or Web Services
• Be comfortable communicating to large audiences and working in close collaboration with small audiences
• Be able to clearly articulate and document requirements to client stakeholders of various levels and abilities, including executives and technical resources
• Be able to manage concurrent projects to different schedules and timelines
• Be able to define and implement global processes
• Be able to manage a team of Delivery Managers focused on the same goal

Responsibilities
• Work with clients and partners in the Visa Innovation Center to create, build, and scale new product concepts
• Liaise, schedule and plan effective support for an ongoing pipeline of issuing and merchant clients and their respective partners, enablers and acquirers
• Define, document, and implement regional processes that will align with global standards and best practices and achieve high quality integrations to deliver best-in-class implementations
• Own the delivery to strategic clients and partners
• Own technical design discussions with global/Hub business and technical teams to ensure business and technical requirements are understood and properly documented and implemented
• Manage a team of Integration professionals
• Train and act as an escalation point for activity for Indonesia
• Collect feedback from clients on features and functionality and work cross-functionally to ensure the Product and Technology teams incorporate that feedback into future releases
• Own status reporting across all relevant internal groups
• Ensure Visa’s processes and all required Visa Inc. policies are followed and escalate necessary
• Drive Fin tech engagements, hackathon and immersion sessions



Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (or equivalent job experience). MBA preferred.
• At least 10-years of payments industry experience including client/partner management with 5 years direct experience and success working in an Engagement Management or Integration position
• Be a leader, self-motivated, and demonstrate the ability to influence and communicate effectively across functional lines to ensure all participants and stakeholders deliver according to schedule and budget
• Experience working with API’s, client interfaces, or prior software engineering experience. Must have a solid understanding of web technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS), REST, SOAP, XML, JSON and other relevant API standards like OAuth, SAML
• Experience working eCommerce, QR, Contactless and, Peer to Peer systems
• Experience in delivering quality product integrations within scope and on time
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills, and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
• Excellent facilitator and moderator
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment while managing multiple priorities
• Ability to be creative and manage competing priorities to achieve desired end state
