Job Description

Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Senior Systems Engineers in Austin, Texas to support and maintain the Chatter (Salesforce) and other collaboration technology platforms as well as address end-user related issues. Monitor the automated user provisioning process in Salesforce and examine automated workflows daily. Create change set builds for every release. Develop Apex classes and Visual force pages. Debug and monitor for all integrations related to Salesforce. Install and configure various components, such as Captiva, and third-party products which support Documentum integration. Maintain and test disaster recovery solutions for Documentum. Upgrade and deploy security patches on content and application servers. Assist in designing business applications to be supportable and scalable. Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, including custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, triggers, process builder, and validation rules. Collaborate and execute on cross-functional Salesforce.com configuration projects of varying complexity to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day functions. Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, and access settings, among others, including User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, and Sharing Rules and Security. Act as the central point of contact for all Chatter platform, application maintenance, and end-user support. Research changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce.com and other integrated applications, providing recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity. Adhere to, and enforce, all information security and system management standards for hardware and software, including change management practices and institution policies. This position will not supervise others. No direct reports, and no managerial duties involved. Individual contributor level role only. Position requires 24/7 availability.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related technical field followed by five years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Position requires 24/7 availability.
