Job Description


  • Manages functional requirements and operational activities related to the Numeric Delete process

  • Manage operational activities for Visa Token Service enrollment in Visa’s Licensing database (VCIS). Manages process of mapping the PAN to Token BINs. Supports creation of Token Requestor IDs. Includes interacting with the various regional contacts on their specific needs.

  • Manages functional requirements and operational activities related to Numeric Delete process

  • Handles monitoring and particular programs which support licensing requirements and ongoing integrity of Visa data

  • Provides ongoing business assessment and advice to internal and external clients related to BINs and other transactional numerics.

  • Represents Licensing client and operational requirements to internal organizations, such as Product, Systems, PMO office and Implementation, as assigned

  • Supports programs such as Annual BIN Licensing Program and Dodd Frank certification

  • Provides support for monitoring and quality assessment programs and various internal audits as assigned.

  • Assists Customer Support and Operational staff with Level 2 business scenarios and decisions including training on basic functions

  • Consults and participates as necessary in operational and reporting activities necessary to support new
    product or service set up and implementation.

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements, better reporting, or improved collaboration with key partners including clients.

  • Responsible for building awareness of Numeric programs, rules, policies and processes with targeted audiences


Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree and / or Professionally qualified (equivalent with 6-7 years professional experience)

Business Knowledge:

  1. Working knowledge of the payment industry

  2. Has proven ability to set and deliver upon priorities within busy, shifting environment

  3. Proven knowledge and experience in data-driven, client-focused industry

  4. Demonstrated ability to be proactive and think through consequences

  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills

  6. Ability to understand VOC (voice of customer) / business requirements

  7. Experience in mapping out end-to-end processes and identifying value-added and non-value added steps in the process

  8. Demonstrated successful experiences and results in process improvement
    methodologies and processes

Technical Knowledge:

  1. Understands and working expertise in Visa tools including VCIS, VCSA, VMM, etc
  2. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel and Visio including formulae, pivot tables, and lookups
