Visa Corporate IT group has embarked on a major transformation journey. We are transforming ourselves into a true engineering organization where we put customer experience and end user support first. As part of this strategy, we are consolidating several of our operational functions into a single area focused on providing world class operational support to our end users. Additionally, we are moving our
engineering teams into a new organization, leveraging a DevOps mindset, focused on delivering projects\solutions in a more efficient manner. This change is geared towards rethinking how we provide engineering support for the services we're responsible for. As a member of the End User Technology team, Technical Systems Analyst position is a technical position responsible for successful project delivery and project management while working with matrixed teams comprised of Networking, Unified Communications, Server Infrastructure, Development, QA, Operations, Support and Business personnel. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic and evolving global team that is driving the charge to ensure that Visa is not only the best way to pay but also the best place to work with state of the art end user technology and solutions.

• Manage multiple large projects, independently own and manage multiple change requests, new initiatives, etc.
• Mindset to read and understand detail business and technical requirements;
• Identify key stakeholders and work to achieve project objectives Create detail project schedule, Gantt chart, critical path, etc
• Manage project status report, issues, action items, risks, change log, internal and external dependencies, etc.
• Follow up on issues and action items towards resolution. Regularly monitor and report on project progress.
• Facilitate project status meetings, requirements and design discussions, and defect status reviews.
• Coordinate project estimating process, manage project budget, forecast, planned vs. actual.
• Work with vendors to develop, review and execute contracts.
• Develop innovative methods to effectively manage project constraints.
• Work with project team to enforce Visa compliance requirements.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT or a technical related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience required, preferably with formal project management methodology.
• Prior experience/knowledge of Visa's PMM processes is desirable.
• Proven experience in managing people, process and project in a heavily matrixed organization structure is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in the delivery of large scale software development, operational and integration efforts.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation production support, including quality assurance and system integration.
• Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices.

• Proven skills in co-coordinating, managing large projects in a matrix environment.

• Able to coordinate/manage up to 10 projects; Support other PMs with larger efforts
• Understanding of Visa's global billing, global operating certificates and revenue systems is a plus.
