Job Description

Position Summary



The Manager of Sales
will be responsible of helping accelerating Visa's growth and strengthening
stakeholder engagement across Dominican Republic and Haiti. Responsible to
support the relationship of all clients of the organization, and other key stakeholders
(i.e. Finctechs, Media, etc.) in the mentioned countries
. 



 



Key Responsibilities



Execute a set of objectives and goals for assigned clients ensuring that
such objectives adhere to Visa mission statement of increasing Clients’
profitability, strengthening the partnership within them and in agreement with
Visa Inc. overall strategy. Manage the revenue, expense, capital expenditures
and income producing activities for clients.  



Increase the
participation of VISA in the way of payment business through negotiation with
assigned clients. Analyze business opportunities through permanent contact with
the clients.



Maintain close contact
with all Visa’s areas in order to search for solutions for the most critical
problems, as well as to follow business movements that could be offered and
applied to the clients and the market.



Attend to the specific
needs of the clients by collaborating with cross-functional teams, aimed at
driving towards profitable and sustainable results, in line with regional and
global business initiatives to drive revenue growth for Visa Inc.



Tailor international best practices and solutions to
clients, including expert models and seminars.



Analyze business opportunities and emerging customer
needs to identify issues, trends and growth opportunities for Visa.



Coordinate with the
Marketing & Products Areas actions to strengthen the brand in the countries
under responsibility.



Qualifications



Professional



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of relevant experience in sales. 

  • Sound
    knowledge of the payment cards industry is preferred

  • Knowledge
    of digital payments, and technology would be a big positive

  • Fluent
    English and Spanish including proficiency verbally and written

  • Understanding
    of Visa Products and services is a plus

  • High level of personal
    integrity, loyalty and ability to keep confidential information in secret is required,
    as the candidate will have access to sensitive and confidential client
    information.

  • Superior client engagement and communication skills.

  • Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills

  • Self-motivated, results driven, flexible, customer focused. Should be a
    strong team-player

  • Proven ability to manage internal, external resources and cross-functional

  • Some travel require in the country and outside country

































 



Technical



  • Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance

  • Project planning / management

  • Proficient at MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
