Job Description
Primary Duties: Lead project management and campaign development for North America marketing organization:
1. Work with Consumer, Product, and Client Marketing leads to oversee campaign development for internally- and agency-developed creative i.e. Sponsorships, Campaigns, Client Marketing programs
- Work with Marketing colleagues and creative team to develop briefs, identify insight
gaps & build strategic frameworks for campaigns Create
testing & optimizing plans, based on performance data, for campaigns - Manage traffic management for creative teams
- Work closely with media leads to manage campaign flighting and ongoing optimization
2. Project Manage the development of social & digital campaigns for NA Marketing & Sponsorships
Develop work back schedules and timelines for all campaigns
Manage production for campaigns i.e. photo-shoots, television commercial shoots,
web/email coding needs etc.Maintain database to manage rights & expirations of content
3. Serve as an expert on social platforms & best practices and educate internal teams on a regular cadence
Continuously stay up-to-date on social landscape through education, capturing and analyzing data/metrics, insights and monitoring industry best practices

Campaign Management
Ability to manage multiple projects through use of collaboration tools, excel etc
Ability to generate and maintain work back timelines & keep projects on track
Ability to take direction and feedback, pick things up quickly and prioritize responsibilities.
Abilityto prioritize and balance workload to meet aggressive deadlines & able to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously

Able to partner with external agencies, clients, and internal partners to achieve deliverables

Education / Previous Experience:
- BA / BS
7+ years of experience in marketing and/or content creation in an agency or for a top-tier brand in-house
Experience developing social communications content for the financial, technology, and / or retail industries preferred
