Job Description

  • This individual will partner with the Country Manager and President for Canada and
    the Canadian Leadership Team to manage many integral aspects of the Canada
    operations and strategy.

  • Responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and maintain our integrated strategy including all communications materials

    • Maintain view of all relevant global and Canada-specific payments trends and how these
      impact Canada in collaboration with the global strategy team.

    • Develop and maintain all Canada reporting on our overall performance including Canada
      dashboard, integrated pipeline, strategic initiative evaluation

    • Support the development and management of the Advisory Board, CLT and AE agendas.

    • Oversee production of account reviews / CEO briefing books

    • Ensure state of the business updates are shared with CLTs and AEs in a variety of
      forums

    • Oversee management of updates and materials to go to the North America Management team.

    • Support the development of key documents for presentation at Townhalls and external
      speaking events (in collaboration with Communications).

    • Support Country Manager in ensuring holistic management of all teams in Canada.

Qualifications

  • Ten years of experience, including extensive experience in payments.
  • Strong track record of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic and inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, including mastery of relevant tools like PowerPoint, Word, etc.
