Job Description

Our Merchant Immersion Program is designed to leverage the innate curiosity in people and help them develop a deep understanding of the complexity of the merchant business. We believe that empowering continuous learners with knowledge and resources is the fastest way to make an impact in the marketplace.

So, what does our program cover? It’s global in scope and structured in three 8-month rotations (total of 2 years) that cover Sales, Product & Business Management which we believe are the foundational elements for a career in payments. Each rotation consists of a complete end-to-end project, a dedicated manager, dedicated mentor and access to senior level leadership. The rotations are assigned based on business needs and your interests. All of Visa’s resources are available to you from online learnings, innovation center experts, subject matter experts, innovation speaker series & more. We’ll also make sure you have the senior level support and access you need to be successful. You should expect to sit at the table during our Global Leadership Team meeting to learn from our executive team and present findings.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing MBA degree and graduating Fall 2017 or Spring 2018
  • Ideal graduate candidates will have 4+ years experience and backgrounds in areas such as (industry agnostic): Technology, Start-ups, Sales, Consulting, Banking
  • Willingness to travel internationally and domestically
