Job Description

The Facilities Analyst is responsible for the delivery of workspace services and
facility maintenance activities for the Foster City campus. The position represents Visa Global Corporate
Real Estate, and will interface with all levels of Visa local management, vendor service organizations, and local security officials.  General responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for iFAMS work order application administration. On a daily basis, log into the iFAMS system to review and assign work orders, follow up on customer survey responses, and process
    monthly reports for management review.

  • Manage maintenance services including, but not limited to: pest control, conference
    room scheduling and set-up, fitness center, and E/V charging stations.

  • Cost Account management in tracking expenses in the finance tools and manage to the
    approved budget.

  • Prepare purchase orders, on-board new suppliers, and function as liaison to Sourcing
    team.

  • Develops and oversees the implementation of maintenance contracts, ensuring services are
    performed at the contracted time, term and conditions. Establishes and enforces
    service levels keeping in mind the needs of Visa staff.

  • Enters expense reports into the system.

  • Utilizes purchase requisitions and purchasing cardsper the established process.

Qualifications

Required functional knowledge and skills include:

  • 3-5 years of experience.

  • Understanding and implemening facilities processes.

  • Ability to manage vendors and interpret vendor contracts.

  • Effectively work and collaborate with both internal and external clients.

  • Strong customer service and personal interaction skills.

  • Can handle multiple activities.

  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and FM Systems preferred.
