Job Description

VPS team is looking for an individual to join our consulting practice and play a key role designing and executing a campaign management strategy for payment products on behalf of our customers.

Specific responsibilities include: 

  • Manage and execute marketing campaign strategy for our customers derived from the results of consulting engagement or solutions: design appropriate marketing offers, enhance existing marketing campaign plan, establish relationships with vendors/agencies, create product catalog, recalibrate
    pricing, design operational processes, SLAs, etc.

  • Communication channel mix strategy – traditional as well as digital, including selection and negotiation with vendors and agencies.

  • New opportunities: exploration and test-driving of emerging channels, innovative alternatives for fulfillment, Visa assets, etc.

  • Campaign result monitoring and tracking using Visa´s analytical and visualization tools, test/control environment, champion/challenger environment, measurement of ROI and lift assessment.

  • Negotiate deals with clients (pricing, bundling, etc.) and manage full client lifecycle (acquisition, enrollment, maintenance & expansion, assistance & support, retention, etc.)

  • Define market needs and priorities for new channels, platform capabilities, etc., liaising with CRM and Marketing/Channels

  • Create client engagement through a clear understanding of the needs and pain-points of the clients in the market.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience in financial services/payment o retail banking/cards management experience
  • Substantial problem solving ability with strategic focus on impacting ROI
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects
    concurrently
  • Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
  • Team player

  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • Multi-functional project management and strategy development skills; ability to manage deliverables - and to coordinate, collaborate, and demonstrate results to other Visa divisions, financial institutions, merchants, and potential alliance partners
  • Excellent English skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Highly organized with unfailing attention to detail
  • Experience in payments, financial services, and/or technology industries a plus; strong interest in the future of payments.
