Job Description

The Client Delivery position is responsible for driving Acquirer Connections, project implementation, Integration and Solutions Consulting for Acquirers in the Asia Pacific Region. The Position is also responsible for the delivery of Enterprise Client Enablements and delivering a world class experience for Clients. The Client Delivery function is primarily a post-sales delivery role; and will require an ability to work closely with regional sales teams, internal operations and Support teams, and product teams to ensure success.

• Successful Delivery of Projects and Enablements with Strategic Clients;
• Development Consultancy of Payment solution for Strategic Clients;
• Smooth, seamless and world class delivery experience for Strategic Clients;
• Project Management of Complex Solutions


Candidates should have demonstrated skills in Card Present & Card Not Present Processing, Acquiring Host Development and Enablements, acquiring operations, project delivery, consulting, presentation/training in the payments industry. The candidate should also be familiar with IT systems related to acquiring, payment gateway, payment security, and fraud prevention. The right candidate will have a passion for delivery, enablement excellence and customer advocacy.


Specific Responsibilities will include

• Work with internal and client facing teams to develop enablement plans, manage stakeholders and expectations
• Pre-Sales Consultation and testing of solutions to ensure End to End robust solution
• Own, Drive and Work Closely with Internal teams (Sales, Support) to ensure timely and world class delivery of Solutions.
• Delivery of Solutions helps achieve revenue targets and client acquisition objectives
• Work with third party resources as necessary to support client integration needs
• Drive improvements with internal stakeholders (Product Management, Customer Support, and Service Delivery) to support continuous improvement in our technologies and services.
• Project Delivery planning and coordination
• Task assignment and supervision
• Communication and risk management
• Issue escalation and resolution
• Communicate and educate product functionality and processes to clients
• Refine and document custom workflow processes
• Contributing to corporate knowledge and best practices by creating or enhancing documentation and processes.
• Develop tactical initiatives for delivery of turnkey billable solutions for Clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in Card Management System / Acquiring Host Experience, IT consulting, project management, systems implementation and Web Programming, with increasing levels of responsibility
• Of which a minimum of 5 years in Systems Analysis / Code level experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills; knowledge /certification of IT and payments best practices
• Strong understanding of payment processing infrastructure systems, technologies, and security standards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technology, including programming languages (Java, Web Services, PHP, ASP Etc.), operating systems (Unix,Linux,Windows) and commercial software applications.
• Familiarity with merchant store front and shopping cart technologies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Additional Information

This position requires experience-doing business in Asia Pacific region. The candidate should be familiar with the payment industry or IT services industries. The position may require frequent travel.
