Job Description

The holder of this role will be a key member of the Visa Commerce Solutions client services team, primiarily responsible for client management and support within the Polish Market.

The individial will be responsible for customer retention and developing the relationships with existng customers. This includes both reactive and proacive relationship management to a broad range of low to medium touch customers.

Main responsibilities include account management (operational and technical) across the client portfolio.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for client services support for our Polish mobile portal/app and incorporated in our Client Services team based in the heart of Berlin
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships across a broad portfolio of customers in the Polish market and extended regions
  • Provide a single point of operational contact for the defined customser base. Collaborate with various departments and 3rd parties to develop solutions and resolve issues
  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of Visa Commerce Solutions' and Visa's products and services, which can be conveyed to the customer in a clear and concise manner
  • Evaluate and assess the performance of client accounts/interactions through conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support to clients experiencing issues with implementation of the service
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster culture of collaboration
  • Collaborate with wider Sales team to support and deliver on the Business Development effort of the wider sales team
  • Specific Project Work - Get involved with regional and global projects that directly relate to supporting Sales Effectiveness
  • Develop expert understanding of Digital Advertising

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience and a clear record of accomplishment
  • General comfort with web 2.0 applications
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities (proficient in Excel)
  • Data oriented/analytical mindset
  • Excel at both phone and email communication with clients
  • Prior experience working in online marketing and/or performance marketing
  • Self motivated and lean fast
  • Superb verbal, written and communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team setting
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high pressure situatoins
  • High quality control standards
  • Execture in a fast-paced team environment
  • Fluent in ENglish and Polish, every additional language is a plus
