The Global ATM Network Product Office leads all aspects of the Visa ATM Business which includes devising key market strategies, conducting complex analysis, and creating new opportunities focused on long term revenue growth and increasing market share. The day-to-day management of the ATM business includes direct oversight of a complex offering that contributes over $1.0B in annual revenue to Visa Inc, interfaces within all divisions and geographies across the company and is a core offering to clients worldwide. Specifically, in key markets, the ATM channel serves as a very important banking channel for Visa clients and continues to expand beyond its traditional role as primarily a cash dispensing device and more of an everyday banking center with such features as intelligent deposit, and multi account selection transfers and bill payments.

Job Description

The Global ATM Network Product Office leads all aspects of the Visa ATM Business which includes devising key market strategies, conducting complex analysis, and building new opportunities focused on long term revenue growth and growing market share. The day-to-day management of the ATM business includes direct oversight of a complex offering that contributes over $1.0B in annual revenue to Visa Inc, interfaces within all divisions and geographies across Visa and is a core offering to clients worldwide. Specifically, in key markets, the ATM channel serves as a very important banking channel for Visa clients and continues to expand beyond its traditional role as primarily a cash dispensing device and more of an everyday banking center with such features as intelligent deposit, and multi account selection transfers and bill payments.

This Sr Director will be responsible for the following 2 main areas of focus:

Revenue Generation / Business Development Initiatives: We provide thought leadership, strategy development and creation of business case for new ATM opportunities that may include ATM processing platform, key client deals and value-added services in various key global Visa markets. This will ultimately include implementing and executing against a strategic plan to ensure delivery of targeted metrics. Additionally:

  • You will work with regional product and client facing sales teams to conduct account reviews with Top Global Clients (both Issuers / Acquirers) and offer sales and client support on all ATM related issues both commercial (i.e., RFP responses) and operational (i.e., Billing query)
  • We build and sell ATM value propositions to clients (including Plus Alliance, Risk tools, benchmarking / consulting)
  • You will develop and socialize new ATM pricing and interchange models for both domestic and international transactions and corridor specific activity
  • Conduct regular account reviews with key clients that highlight key ATM usage, trends and behaviors and identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • You will own the creation of new client facing marketing, communication and training materials that will encourage Issuers and Acquirers to choose Visa as a partner when addressing prepaid and debit opportunities.

Product Development / Product Management Initiatives: You will work across the company on all ATM related issues focused extensively on the top tier development and implementation of new ATM product initiatives including:

  • You will develop marketing collateral, communication plan and client facing materials related to ATM initiatives
  • Develop training material for the Sales teams to build more ATM product awareness and ensure Account Executives are more prepared to discuss ATM related issues with clients
  • You will monitor, track and measure business impacts of new ATM initiatives
  • You will lead new Infrastructure related initiatives (i.e.,EMV, Contactless acceptance, Tokenization, PIN change, Image deposits, etc.) and ensure network optimization by addressing maintenance and processing issues
  • You will ensure the health and well-being of our global ATM Network from an Infrastructure perspective by working with IT and Client Support Services to facilitate, understand and resolve global client issues related to our ATM business (i.e., transaction quality, systematic billing errors, etc).

The aforementioned areas of focus will require you to work closely with global teams representing Product, Pricing, Interchange, Strategy, Operations, Sales and Legal groups.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree is required, Graduate degree/MBA is preferred

  • 10+ years of payments experience preferred, with ATM industry experience required
  • Are you a strategic thinker, excellent management skills, superior analytical skills with the ability to assess an opportunity's potential, using fact-based analysis and industry experience?
  • Can you handle complex projects with multiple work streams and proven leadership over a wide variety of partners at junior through executive levels
  • Are you team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, results driven, and flexible
  • Strong management, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills are required
