Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Merchant Sales & Solutions, Russia, will drive our new customer acquisition efforts in Russia. The role will involve the leadership of teams that focus on the acquisition of our targeted Mid-Market and Small Business clients.

-Create and execute SME Strategy
-Build and nurture C-level relationships across top accounts as the executive sponsor to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer
-Work closely with GR in order to initiate/utilize Government level initiatives
-Deliver insights on business trends and sales activities to senior leadership across  Visa
-Think proactively about necessary innovations

We’re seeking a proven leader with extensive enterprise sales leadership experience.                 
This individual has experience in building and leading sales in a new segments with the high level of uncertainty.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to understand and illustrate industry eco-system: key players, points of influence, opportunities, resources. Work out segment strategy and action plan.

-8+ years experience in Channel Management
-Strong experience in new markets/segments development
-Strong strategic vision
-Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment and to deliver on detail as well as strategy
-Strong understanding of business process
-Experience in acquiring
-Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) that are leveraged to address
complex business issues and opportunities
-Experience in SME management is an advantage
-Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA is a plus
