Job Description

The Operations & Infrastructure Business Operations, Business Analyst Intern will help collect infrastructure utilization, inventory and cost data from across the organization. The Business Analyst Intern will analyze
data from multiple data sources from Finance and the Technology Strategy and partner with internal stakeholders to help focus on improving the success within a business function.  The Business Analyst Intern will format the results into a sustainable action plan/process improvement along with the creation of metrics to measure long-term success.  Program management, financial analytics, and communication skills are pertinent to the success of the Business Analyst Intern.

Qualifications



  • Understanding of
    data centers and IT frameworks

  • Ability to
    collect and analyze relevant quantitative and qualitative data sets

  • Strong
    communication skills including written, oral, and presentation abilities

  • Demonstrated
    project management skills, including ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and
    follow through on completion of projects

  • Proven critical
    thinking and problem solving skills
