Job Description
- Conduct, compile, and present research to inform the strategic direction of reporting
for digital campaigns and site performance - Build and maintain reports, models, and visualizations which provide insight into
users experiences and business performance - Analyze website trends and customer behavior on the site and on social channels
- Analyze, conceptualize the high level digital/reporting solution, and document the
business requirements - Support the team with analyses for key marketing stakeholders, both internal and
external
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or relevant 5+ yrs of experience in marketing, mathematics, Information
systems, statistics and/or social science is preferred - Good understanding of principles of communications and digital marketing
- Proficiency in SQL and (Python or JavaScript) highly preferred
- Good Understanding of digital campaigns, web measurement and familiarity with Google
Analytics or any stack of digital measurement tools - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily in Excel and secondarily in PowerPoint
- Experience working with or interest in data visualization tools and creative ways to
display information - Keen eye for data trends and the ability to investigate and articulate factors that
may account for these trends - Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
- Ability to work well collaboratively as well as autonomously
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong communicator, attentive listener and compelling explainer
