Job Description

  1. Conduct, compile, and present research to inform the strategic direction of reporting
    for digital campaigns and site performance
  2. Build and maintain reports, models, and visualizations which provide insight into
    users experiences and business performance
  3. Analyze website trends and customer behavior on the site and on social channels
  4. Analyze, conceptualize the high level digital/reporting solution, and document the
    business requirements
  5. Support the team with analyses for key marketing stakeholders, both internal and
    external



Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree or relevant 5+ yrs of experience in marketing, mathematics, Information
    systems, statistics and/or social science is preferred
  2. Good understanding of principles of communications and digital marketing
  3. Proficiency in SQL and (Python or JavaScript) highly preferred
  4. Good Understanding of digital campaigns, web measurement and familiarity with Google
    Analytics or any stack of digital measurement tools
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily in Excel and secondarily in PowerPoint
  6. Experience working with or interest in data visualization tools and creative ways to
    display information
  7. Keen eye for data trends and the ability to investigate and articulate factors that
    may account for these trends
  8. Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
  9. Ability to work well collaboratively as well as autonomously
  10. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  11. Strong communicator, attentive listener and compelling explainer
