Job Description

Sr. Account Executive, Visa DPS Client Success, is responsible for providing strategic thought leadership to DPS debit and prepaid client to optimize;

  • Client retention

  • Product usage, and

  • Portfolio performance

A consultative approach to client engagement with executive level business executives to identify and address growth opportunities and issues related to Visa processing products. 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Visa DPS consultant to client executive management, providing ongoing strategic market insights,
    portfolio performance analyses, industry benchmarking and growth and portfolio optimization recommendations.
  • Proactively translate Visa strategies, product platforms, and support tools into creative, actionable
    solutions for clients.
  • Introduce and sell product solutions to support strategies and account plan.
  • Track client progress against account plan and Visa DPS Processing goals and drive any needed changes in activities to meet goals.
  • Act as "eyes and ears in the market" for the DPS Processing Product group, identifying opportunities and issues that will drive overall DPS Processing Product strategy and execution.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 10 years business experience with business development and relationship management in the financial services industry.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
  • Consulting experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to navigate within complex organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess client performance, identify opportunities, bring together the resources to develop creative solutions, and execute upon these solutions.
  • Proven ability to establisheffective relationships with internal and external constituencies
     including executive management.
  • Ability to manage and grow internal and external resources and cross-functional relationships.
  • Proven ability negotiating business agreements and ability to enhance existing and develop new business partnerships with executive management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
