The Visa Token Services Product Team is on the forefront of Visa's innovation and is responsible for integrating products that are engaging, easy to use and secure. We are looking for an experienced, talented and driven professional to join the team as the Director, Product Management.  This role will work closely with other product owners and engineers to implement new features that leverage new Visa Token Service product functionality.

This position is an unique opportunity in the product organization to leverage our existing and new capabilities to build validation tools, sales and prototype tools. The team works inside of product to build both beautiful apps to showcase our products but to also provide a technical user acceptance testing function. The ideal candidate will be a payments professional with a technical bent, token experience, can build and manage a delivery schedule and is entreprunerial by nature.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap executing on current priorities while planning future strategy
• Manage the delivery of high quality features on-time
• Work in an agile software development environment with a product lead and engineering team in order to develop and launch features into production
• Communicate information about the roadmap and projects “up” and “down”
• Quickly respond to critical issues, roadblocks and shifting priorities
• Manage business priorities and monitor progress throughout the product development process
• Identify and document business cases, requirements and planning for new and innovative capabilities 
• Work with stakeholders to define processes for workflow & self service capabilities
• Ensure clear communication and coordination across product. Escalate and resolve risks or misalignment effectively and immediately

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager with 3+ experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) product management and delivery
  
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or similar fields
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
• Experience delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
• Strong problem solving, highly analytical, attention to detail with solid organizational skills with a track record of delivering products on-time
• Excellent communicator, both oral and written, with ability to influence at all levels and in various departments; a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Experience with facilitating prioritization discussions across product backlogs
• Results oriented, highly self-motivated, and quick-to-learn personality with the ability manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent cross-functional project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
