Job Description

Position Summary
The Senior Business Planning & Strategy Manager will help deliver on country priorities through the following:
•    Support leadership and operations through key business processes and projects, including coordination of financial budgeting and forecasting; review of proposed changes to Visa programs, rules or economics; client incentives; and weekly reporting
•    Assist with improving the effectiveness of the country team by through process enhancements identified in annual planning sessions, performance audits, quarterly and monthly business reviews and issue-drive roadmaps
•    Support Business Development team in management of key account(s) and Sales Operations activities
•    Reviewing issue briefs, deal proposals and other materials, and assisting Country Manager/Head of Sales with prioritization

Responsibilities
•    Work closely with Country Leadership and Sales Team on business planning, strategy development & preparation for the Quarterly Business Reviews and Management Business Reviews with Visa's executive management In conjunction with Country Management and key functions
•    Create standardized, recurring dashboards and tracking mechanisms to aid in delivery of Visa revenue growth targets and strategic objectives.
•    Own forecasting process through close coordination with regional finance, including tracking country, product and client performance.
•    Support key strategic projects as directed by Country Leadership by working with cross functional teams, to support profitable and sustainable results in the Philippines
•    In line with regional and global business initiatives, support revenue growth and assist functional groups with executional support for identified projects, events, and other adhoc/strategic projects, engaging with clients when necessary
•    Interface between regional and global functions to ensure strong support for area initiatives
