Job Description

Position Summary

As part of the U.S. Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will focus on marketing for Visa’s core
products. This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution holistic marketing plans for core products and product marketing tools to support Visa’s financial institution clients. This position will interface with clients, Visa product, sales, and marketing teams so organizational savvy and excellent interpersonal skills are critical. The ideal candidate should be analytically savvy and should have experience with multi-channel marketing, agency management, be comfortable managing project budgets and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 


Specific Responsibilities

Partner with marketing, debit & prepaid product teams, and client facing teams to identity opportunities to better market Visa product

Manage budget and support cross-channel implementation of projects and ensure consistency of communications across all product platforms and customer facing materials

Partner in the development of B2B product marketing to support everything from issuer sell-in
to product launch and communication of new benefits

Support the development or B2B and B2C marketing programs, tools and resources to enable clients to effectively communicate the benefits of Visa products to increase cardholder acquisition, usage and loyalty

Utilize Visa channels to alert internal teams and external clients on the availability of new product materials

Ensure that planned marketing activities align with key Visa priorities and client objectives

Manage agency partners to execute integrated marketing programs and communications

Qualifications

BA/BS required. MBA preferred.

Strong strategic marketing background with at least 5 years of experience delivering measurable business results

Experience in developing multi-channel marketing programs is a must and previous client management experience preferred

Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor applied to a wide variety of marketing problems

Knowledge of social, digital, and experiential marketing a plus

Previous experience working in financial services or working with financial institutions preferred and management/marketing consulting or agency experience a plus

Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders to deliver accurate and on-time project deliverables

Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

Advanced skills in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
