Job Description

The Studio Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing, effective operation of the Visa NY Studio in partnership with NY Studio Innovation & Design teams and Visa NY Technology and Facilities.    

Job Responsibilities: This Individual will:

  • Manages operation and engagements of NY Innovation Studio in partnership with Director, Client Experience

  • Acts as NY Studio representative and liaison for broader Innovation Center global footprint and Innovation & Strategic Partnerships PMO organization

  • Supports creation of scalable, repeatable client engagements through operationalizing content delivery

  • Coordinates client engagement agendas, meetings, logistics,and post-briefings

  • Manages, tracks and assembles Studio reporting requirements for internal audience

  • Partners with Visa IT, Design, and Facilities to ensure Studio readiness for engagement and effective ongoing operation (e.g. content for state of the art content management system)

  • Leads procurement efforts from supplier enablement to contract execution and SOWs executing contracts

  • Manages vendor relationships, delivery, and preferred vendor list 

  • Leads Hospitality efforts for client engagements and events

  • Supports ongoing team related to Travel & Procurement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, must have 3+ years professional experience

  • Experience managing vendor relationships

  • Executive Administration a plus

  • Familiarity with human-centered design / design thinking a plus
