Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs Senior Directors in Foster City, California to support Visa in delivering its best work by advancing social-media strategy and management, stewardship of global strategic digital partnerships, and through the development of digital playbooks and education, industry insights and trends, governance, and creation of best-in-class resources and tools. Act as the digital analytics evangelist on best practices for measuring all channels of digital marketing. Utilize available Web and social analytics tools to answer business questions and to report findings to key decision-makers. Develop and publish global reports and dashboards. Produce ad hoc analysis requested by internal customer teams, and provide insights and recommendations for improving online-marketing campaigns through analysis of marketing channel performance. Work with the Development and Creative teams to instrument site content in order to capture and report data through Web analytics tools. Stay current on trends and best practices in Web analytics and e-commerce. Automate production and delivery of reports and dashboards, and partner with the Global Research, Insights & Analytics team to advance digital and social measurement practices and to redefine key performance indicators. Develop short-term and long-term global digital education curricula that serve all levels of the organization and that help the Marketing group advance and stay current in the digital space. Responsible for creating an education framework, as well as identifying business requirements and resources, to deliver best-in-class digital training. Responsible for sourcing and managing third-party agencies in the development and creation of content for digital subject matter. Additionally, Partner with the Marketing Development organization to ensure integration and knowledge-sharing into the overall organization development. Qualifications

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree* in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field and 3 years experience in job offered or in an account or marketing management-related occupation. *In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 2 years of experience in job offered or account or marketing management-related occupation. 

Some domestic and international travel required to various, unanticipated sites.
