Program Manager is a highly visible leadership position within DMPD ensuring planning and execution processes are aligned for effective delivery of critical, customer facing, enterprise class software development projects. He or she coaches and facilitates scrum teams through the software development life cycle using Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies and works cross-functionally to ensure projects are effectively developed and deployed with quality and on time delivery into our production systems.

• Engineering graduates from reputed institutions.

• Overall relevant IT experience of 10+ years. Should have played the role of program manager for at least 3+ years.

• Candidates with CSM or PMP is desirable.

• Exposure in working with clients across multiple geographies

• Excellent analytical skills and enthusiastic problem solver

• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to effectively document and communicate technical and business issues and solutions to appropriate organizational levels.

• Technology background in J2EE and web development.
