Job Description

Visa Direct Product is a key global growth digital initiative for Visa Inc. and the Russia business specifically. The initiative already has strong traction in Russia. The initiative has received significant priority and additional investments to deliver ambitious growth
objectives.
The role-holder will be the business lead for this initiative in Russia responsible for the business development, product development, implementation and launch efforts for Visa Direct that includes Person to person money transfers, Fund Disbursements, Push Payments and other product sets (eg Alias Directory solution) to deliver on approved strategic objectives for Russia and globally.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ work experience with a significant tenure involved in payments and technology, with a strong understanding of the Russian payments landscape.
  • Experience in several key issuer/acquirer business areas preferred, such as portfolio management, strategy, money transfers, product management, risk management, for cards.
  • Project Management experience is strongly preferred.
  • High value on direct exposure to digital payment solutions (mobile banking, payment cards).
  • Experience of working on digital solutions in the FI or Technology space
  • Must be team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and influential, flexible, with superb presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is required 

  • Detail orientated, expected to ensure the highest level of quality/rigor in solutions development and delivery
  • Willingness and ability to work in unstructured and informal settings with sophisticated clients and/or partners Comfort leading and working closely with cross-functional teams required
