The Partner Marketing Manager (Acquirers) is responsible for managing demand generation and co-marketing
activites (to and with partners) for the FI partners (predominantly acquirers) of CyberSource and Authorize.Net. S/he will report to the Senior Director, Partner Marketing and help drive the marketing efforts for our new services targeting financial institutions and technology partners that seek to white label (OBO/“On Behalf Of”) payment management capabilities.

The position will be based in the Lehi, San Francisco Bay Area or London, UK offices with domestic and international travel expected.



Qualifications

Develop, drive and execute global partner marketing strategy for the acquiring community of partners, including:  

    • Help define and manage partner marketing strategy, policies and guidelines together with the
      Senior Director, Partner Marketing;
        
    • Define partner metrics, develop annual plan and pipeline targets, monitor and manage results to plan for specific acquirers partners;  
    • Identify, and develop joint marketing and business development plans for CyberSource and
      Authorize.Net with key acquiring partners – global and regional
        
    • Influence the organization to ensure the execution of plan

Drive partner referral and sell-through across the Acquirer Channel, including:

    • Represent CyberSource and Authorize.Net (ANET) in partner meetings, events, pursuits;  
    • Influence and engage senior leaders in partner organizations to adopt CyberSource and ANET-biased strategies and messaging
    • Monitor win/loss results and drive changes to selling methodology/ message to optimize results through key Acquirer partners  
    • Work with Solution Marketing team to drive conception, design and develop content, messaging, tools and resources required for acquirer partners and their customers to address each point in buying cycle (for demand offers, sales enablement and training);

Ensure partner and company readiness and enablement, including:

    • Drive development of necessary training and tools to enable partner success;
    • Develop plans for marketing launch (key PR messages, web content, outbound communications) of the CyberSource and Authorize.Net solution through the acquirer channel; 
    • Maintain Sales, Account Management and overall Company readiness by providing ongoing support and training on Acquirer landscape;
    • Work with Senior Director, Partner Marketing to help drive the development [through Product Management] of partner specific product enhancements and solutions.

Qualifications
 

  • 5 to 8 years of B2B partner marketing experience in technology companies, preferably associated with enterprise software; 
     
  • Payment services knowledge, especially in the acquiring community, or experience preferred;
  •  
  • Proven partner marketing experience includes program structuring (both resale and referral) and execution, establishing co-brand/branding policy, incentive management, partner enablement and training, and partner communications (ideal experience includes global coordination and management);
     
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the business forward, think strategically and develop go-to-market plans with partners, proven success engaging partners to drive more sales globally;
  •  
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, and the ability to deliver results in an unstructured environment;
     
  • Global experience beneficial, or proven ability to work and think globally;
  •  
  • Strong communications skills (written, translating messages into graphic concepts, verbal);
     
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and develop high-quality tools, collateral, presentations to execute your vision;
  •  
  • Demonstrated expertise/attention to analyzing and managing closed-loop marketing/sales processes
  • BA/BS Marketing or communications (or equivalent
    skills/experience); MBA preferred
