Job Description

Visa’s Global Business Operations Team is a global client organization and is responsible for shaping the vision and executing the strategy for building transformational sales/partnership solutions and supporting the development of the sales capabilities, including tools and insights with the regional sales operations teams.

We are seeking a Business Strategy and Operations Senior Director who can deliver on a meaty role that cuts across the client and product organizations, knows what to do with significant leadership exposure, would be a right-hand person to leaders in the organization, will drive significant change across the team, and can lead and inspire direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll understand and translate leader’s vision into tangible, explainable direction that can be shared with others to enlist them in the journey.

  • You’ll play a leadership role in operationalizing key elements of the strategy—applying your ability to be at the right place at the right time

  • You’ll demonstrate your passion for transforming strategic intent into a “coalition of the willing” with a sense of purpose and bring challenging cross-function efforts to life through well-structured programs and initiatives.

  • You’ll help fuel organizational success by elevating key wins and challenges to your sponsors—allowing them to keep their finger on the pulse of the organization and do what they do best... knock down barriers.

  • You’ll participate and contribute to regular leadership discussions bringing your own well-grounded point of view and facilitating an agenda-driven dialog across the leadership team.

  • You’ll focus your astute organization effectiveness lens into
    efforts that build a young, rapidly growing and evolving organization into a
    well-run, cohesive team. 

  • You’ll lead a team to create best-in-class reporting dashboards to provide timely and centralized business intelligence on the partners and strategic programs to assist in critical decision making

  • You’ll act as the catalyst for getting an organizational dialog going through events that inspire and motivate our teams.  Improving collaboration among the teams is essential.
