Job Description

The Lead Inside Sales Executive “LISE” role is primarily
focused on leading demand generation campaigns, planning and executing
strategic account specific cultivation programs to generate enterprise new
business opportunities, for our online payment and risk management services and
software products to corporate multinational organization across the EMEA
region.

In additional the “LISE” will lead and mentor the UK Inside
Sales graduate team on a daily basis, ensuring delivery of individual and team
objectives are met.

The Lead Inside Sales Executive will also be responsible for
driving business demand through, account research, social media activity and
cold calling. Working collaboratively with Marketing, Enterprise sales, Account
management and Partner sales, supporting our EMEA strategy, helping improve
sales revenue and profitability.

The role will involve mentoring and supporting the UK based
graduate Inside Sales team ensuring BAU delivery is achieved and working in a
supporting function to the Director Inside Sales.

High level of importance will be placed on the Lead Inside
Sales Executive’s personal constitution during the initial building faze of the
EU inside sales function. High work ethic and self-discipline is integral. Lead
Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating high quality, high
value enterprise opportunities by building C-level merchant relationships and
networks while protecting brand integrity.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed opportunity referral targets
    through Inside sales activity in support of Enterprise Sales.

  • Lead and mentor the UK Inside sales team
    ensuring a focus on delivery, individually and as team lead.

  • Maintain, monitor inside sales and marketing
    campaigns progress for the UK.

  • Support Marketing initiatives by following up
    and feeding back on campaigns in a timely manner.  

  • Prepare all relevant reports with respect to UK
    inside sales for the Director Inside Sales. 

  • Lead and mentor UK Graduate IS team member’s
    daily, sharing best practice and experience.

  • Gather data, evaluate information and present
    campaign feedback to Director Inside Sales and Marketing to increasing
    performance and accuracy of campaigns.

  • Monitor graduate activity and report progress to
    the Director Inside Sales.

  • Handle all multiple assignments in fast paced
    atmosphere.

  • Manage incoming enquiries as well as conduct
    cold calling to target prospects.

  • To build in-depth knowledge of Cybersource
    product solutions and develop market awareness in order to communicate
    authoritatively with colleagues and customers.

  • Regularly update the CRM system in adherence
    with defined SLA’s to enable accurate forecasting.

  • Generate leads and referrals opportunities
    through targeted peer group campaigns into strategic accounts. 


Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales experience managing incoming
    sales enquiries and opportunities within a target based environment

  • Proven track record in crafting, managing and
    delivering targeted complex sales generation campaigns i.e. market research,
    prospecting and lead generating

  • Proven track record/evidence of delivering high
    value enterprise level referral revenue.

  • Demonstrable experience as Inside Sales Executive working within Fintech or payments industry supporting the enterprise sales group.

  • Experience in Database/CRM system management
    including customer contact information/leads and accounts (preferably
    SalesForce.com)

  • Confident engaging with key stakeholders within
    the business
