Job Description

This individual will be part of the North America Business Operations team (NA Ops), reporting to the Vice-President of Sales Enablement. As a pivotal member of the Platforms and Tools team, this individual contributor will be responsible for driving implementation of key initiatives that support our client-facing teams across North America.   The ideal candidate will demonstrate individual resourcefulness, and a drive to get things done with a collaborative, ‘make it happen’ approach.

Key goals and responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to strong working relationships and collaboration with Global and Regional Business Operations teams, and Client Marketing teams.

  • Provide regional project management support for key knowledge management initiatives

  • Provide key support and drive continuity between Client Marketing, Marketing IT, CRM and Client Delivery teams to ensure seamless B2B campaign communication across Sales Teams and Client Contacts.

  • Interface fluently across key platforms and tools including: Sales CRM (Salesforce), Knowledge Management (SAVO), and Marketing Automation (Oracle/Eloqua).

  • Advocate for NA business requirements across global client engagement, sales planning, and campaign initiatives and processes.

  • Facilitate B2B Campaign governance as an advocate for regional client segments

  • Oversee and develop key internal reporting and metrics to substantiate program compliance and demonstrate success

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting and communications to key stakeholders; participate in and/or facilitate regular cross-functional briefings.

  • Drive regional participation in client engagement survey protocols.

  • Drive regional compliance against key auditable sales processes

  • Provide qualified direct support of Account Executives and Sales Leadership as it relates to program implementation.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.

  • Excellent analytic, presentation, written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent prioritization skills, with demonstrated capacity to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization is a plus.

  • Demonstrate decisive but inclusive decision making in a fast-paced multi-workstream environment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in required, Masters of Business Administration a plus

  • 5+ years relevant Program or Project Management experience

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM

  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
